Erin Scotterin

Erin Scott is a food and lifestyle photographer, and author of the Yummy Supper cookbook. Raised by parents who were avid vegetable gardeners, environmentalists, and organic farming advocates, Scott’s appreciation for farmers and their bounty runs deep. She lives with her husband and two kids in Berkeley, California, where she spends her free time cooking, eating, and photographing whatever sprouts in her backyard veggie patch.

 Scott’s work has been featured in Kinfolk, the San Francisco Chronicle, Saveur, Edible Marin and Wine Country, Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, The Huffington Post, 7×7Design Sponge, Mother Earth Living, and Food 52.

Sarah Henry is a seasoned eater, reader, and writer. Her farm and food stories have appeared in print in a wide range of publications, including AFAR magazine, the Washington Post, the San Francisco ChronicleCalifornia, and Cherry Bombe, and online at Civil Eats, CHOW, KQED, Lucky Peach, and Modern Farmer.
 
She is a regular contributor to Edible San FranciscoEdible East Bay, and Edible

Natasha McGuinnessnatasha

Natasha McGuinness is an avid traveler who’s sported a passport since she was three years old. Contrary to her expectations, she fell in love with local British food while living in London. Now back in the United States, she currently lives in Los Angeles where she works in the marketing department of a university while she plots her trip to Paris to investigate the food scene in anticipation of her next book, Local Eats Paris, publishing Spring 2017.
